I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! the complementary breakfast was delicious and I loved the fact that scrambled eggs were prepared on request. the views from the hotel were spectacular and it was so peaceful and serene. the nearby restaurant was very affordable and had great food. Best aspects: the host was amazing and went above and beyond in catering to my needs. the location of the hotel was perfect and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed the private apartment that I stayed in, which had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I was disappointed to discover that the apartment was not located in the main building and was quite a distance away. It was frustrating not having access to parking in the old town and the lack of amenities like satellite TV and air conditioning was also a drawback.

We enjoyed the serene location and charming views of the countryside. The breakfast spread was impressive and satisfying, with a variety of fresh options. the presence of a sauna and Jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise that added to the overall Christmas ambiance.
The heating system was not functioning properly, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The cold radiator in the bathroom and the jacuzzi pool heating issues were particularly annoying during the chilly December weather.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The peacefulness and tranquility of the area added to the overall charm of the experience. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and making us feel valued as guests.
While overall the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. Dusty window sills and tables, as well as some stray hairs and dead bugs, were signs of a less-than-thorough cleaning.
